We developed a computer-aided detection system for a single chest X-ray image by an image synthesis employing a massive image database.The system makes it possible to use subtraction-based abnormality detections without patient's past image.
Alginate is known as biocompatible materials, that becomes alginate gel by bound to polyvalent metal ions in water. Therefore alginate gel was prospective applied to food and medical industry. In this study, we conducted establishment of film-forming method with alginate gel and application to the photo-catalytic carrier and antibacterial materials.

In order to recycle the fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) moldings, a simple procedure using super-heated steam (SHS) was developed. After SHS-treatment, FRP moldings are reasonably decomposed and easily applied to following recycling processes.
