Tensile strengths more than 250MPa, proof stresses more than 200MPa and elongations more than 15% are obtained by optimization of rolling conditions including rolling tenperature, rolling speed, reduction in thickness in rare earth metals-free Mg-Al-Ca-Mn alloys.
Preparation of the interfacial chemical bondings between inorganic and organic・polymer materials for various applications have been developed in our group. By controlling and designing the interfaces, photofunctional, high-strength, molecular-supportable interfaces were successfully constructed. In this presentation, the interfacial design and fabrication techniques of high-strength materials and electrodes were focused to introduce for collaborative research between industry and academia.
By using this system, nanoscale bubbles can be clearly distinguished from solid particles. This technique can be applied to various industrial fiels sucha as immersion lithography, direct methanol fuel cell ando so on.
