A good protein nutrition source from rice, which can be ingested safely and has a high protein utilization without a risk of excessive intake of phosphorus and potassium, for dialysis patients who are restricted with those minerals.
We have carried out the ultrasonic measurements on the boron-doped silicon wafers currently used in semiconductor industries. The low-temperature softening and the magnetic field dependence of the elastic constant C44 on the wafer are described in terms of the quadrupole susceptibility for the quartet ground state and doublet excited state at 1 K of the vacancy orbital. Employing a sum rule between the vacancy driving the low-temperature softening in C44 and the consumed vacancies for the void formation, we successfully determined the strong coupling constant g=2.8x105 K per a vacancy for the quadrupole-strain interaction of HQS = -gOxyεxy. This is well consistent with the theoretical works. The appreciable softening in ΔC44/C44=10-4 of the wafer below 5 K down to 20 mK corresponds to tiny concentration N = 1.6x1013cm-3 of the vacancy in the wafer. The softening in the surface acoustic wave using inter-digital transducers on the wafer is also presented in the conference.
Redundant transforms were proposed for image processing. The proposed transforms are smooth, robust to phase distortion and equipped with an appropriate boundary operation. High degree of freedom is given for the design and high quality image restoration can be realized with low redundancy.
