Chromophores for phenylurea herbicides and simple analytical methods by using this chromophores were developed. This method does not need GC-MS or LC-MS because this method can detect herbicides with UV-Vis spectrometer.

A low-cost high-precision opamp is desired in several sensor devices that are used for high-spatial-resolution biomedical and environment monitoring systems. In this invention a novel digital calibration scheme is presented for enhancing the accuracy of the opamp and reducing its fabrication cost, providing highly-precision amplification and system integration. The prototype chip is fabricated in a standard 0.18μm CMOS technology and the active area on a silicon chip is 7.8x smaller than that of the state-of-the-art designs.
